How to get easier dispersion when using pearlescent pigment in plastic

Using pearlescent pigment in plastic raw material, to get good and easier dispersion, we suggest customer to make pre-dispersing.That means, before adding all the pigment powder into plastic raw material, put the pigment (suitable amount) into a container, add some dispersion agent, and a small and suitable amount of plastics raw material which the pigments will be added into. Then mixing them evenly. We call this process is pre-dispersing.

 

Then put the pre-dispersed mixture together with all the left plastic material which it should be add, then mixing them evenly.
